    Accessibility is good at Bergen Airport. There are parking spaces reserved for disabled travellers in the parking area near the terminal. Toilets and lifts can accommodate wheelchairs. Travellers with special needs are advised to notify their airline before travelling.

    A bank, an ATM and automatic currency exchange machines are available in the terminal. Two tax refund offices are also situated in the terminal building.


    Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal, free of charge, for two hours. Internet terminals are also located in the terminal building.


    There are several cafés, bars and snack shops throughout the terminal, including a pub, a pizzeria and a fish restaurant.


    Shops at Bergen Airport include a duty-free outlet and retailers selling newspapers and clothes.


    Luggage lockers are available for hire from the information/service centre – this help point should also be contacted for lost or found items. Porters can assist with luggage.


    Travel agency VIA Travel is located near the main entrance. Baby changing facilities are available on all floors.

    There are no airline business lounges (only a comfort zone between the check-in area and security). The De 7 Fjell conference centre (tel: 5599 7400) has telephone and fax machines as well as five meeting rooms for up to 27 people.
