    There is a bank, an ATM and three foreign exchange offices in the international terminal. A further currency exchange office is located in the domestic terminal.


    A post office is situated in the international terminal. Wireless internet access is available in the public area of the terminals, in the departure halls, the executive lounge and in the VIP lounge area.


    Several restaurants, cafés and bars serving food, snacks and cold and hot drinks are available in the international terminal. There is also a café in the domestic terminal building.


    Various shops are located in the public area of the international terminal – these retailers sell a wide range of souvenirs, jewellery, spirits, tobacco and food products. A newsagent is located in the domestic terminal. The duty-free shop (for passengers travelling outside the EU) is situated in the international departures hall.


    There are lost luggage offices located in the arrivals areas of both terminals. Luggage trolleys are available free of charge in the parking lot near the entrance to the international terminal and in the arrivals lounge. Baggage lockers (up to 72 hours) are located opposite the international terminal.


    A first aid service can be found on the first floor of the international terminal and there is an on-site chapel. A dedicated baby changing room, which is available 24 hours a day, is located on the mezzanine level of the international terminal.

    Conference & Business

    The business lounge (tel: 012 639 3353) is equipped with internet access, workspace, satellite TV, printer, copier, fax machine and a card phone. A VIP lounge (tel: 012 639 3354) designed for up to 16 people is available for a fee (this must be booked in advance). Meeting and conference facilities can be found at many of the larger city centre hotels.

    Krakow John Paul II International Airport offers good accessibility to travellers with disabilities. Toilets and lifts are adjusted to the needs of disabled people, and there are signs indicating the best routes through the terminal building and to the car parks. There are also trained personnel ready to help in every situation.
