How to get there
The N1 main road runs past the airport entrance and directly into the city centre. Luxembourg Airport is clearly signposted from the city. It is also served by exits 7 and 9 on the main A1 Brussels-Trier motorway.
Bus 16 (Eurobus) runs every 10 to 15 minutes between Luxembourg Airport, the city centre and central railway station (journey time: 30 minutes; fare: €2). Buses 9 and 114 also link the airport to the city centre for the same fee. Bus 117 operates from the airport to Luxembourg City and also to Trier, across the border in Germany, with three afternoon departures on weekdays (journey time: 15 minutes; fare: €4). Taxis are available from outside the main terminal building. The journey time to the city centre is about 15 minutes, and fares to central Luxembourg City start at around €30.
Two main car parking areas (car parks A and B) are located immediately outside and beneath the main terminal building, offering long- and short-term spaces. The first 30 minutes is free of charge. There is also a special parking area for passenger drop-off (car park C).
