    Marseille Provence Airport has adapted toilets, lifts and reserved parking spaces for disabled passengers. Other facilities for wheelchair users can be provided on request by the airlines or by Midi Provence (tel: 04 4214 2742).

    Information desks (tel: 04 4214 1414) are located on the arrivals level of the mp1 terminal. Reception staff can advise on airport facilities, the times of flight arrivals and departures and connecting flights.

    There is no information desk as such in the mp2 terminal (low cost terminal) but the travel agency mp2travel (tel: 04 4214 3414), which has service desks in the terminal’s public area and in the boarding lounge, will help travellers with any queries.

    The airport’s automatic information service (tel: 08 2081 1414) is available 24 hours a day and also covers mp2 terminal flights and services.

    Transfer between Terminals

    The terminals are within walking distance of each other.

    ATMs and a bureau de change can be found in the terminals.


    Wi-Fi is available in the airport’s mp1 terminal building. There is also an internet café in the main building. Internet access is available in a dedicated area of the low-cost mp2 terminal, where there are also telephone kiosks.


    There are various cafés and restaurants in the public areas of the terminals and in the boarding lounges. These range from brasseries serving local dishes to international coffee and fast food chains. Automatic vending machines can be found in the concourses to provide light snacks and drinks.


    There are duty-free shops for passengers leaving the EU and newsagents in both terminals. There are also shops selling local produce and handicrafts and a couple of specialist perfumery/cosmetics outlets. Shopping options were considerably expanded in 2013.


    Left-luggage facilities for flight ticket-holders (tel: 06 7359 1874) are available in Hall 1 of the mp1 terminal, open seven days. Trolleys can be found throughout Marseille Provence Airport, and porters are available on request. For lost and found items, contact PCPA (tel: 08 2014 2410) on the ground floor of Hall 3.


    There is a baby changing facility by the boarding lounge. Shower facilities are available in Hall 1.

    Conference & Business

    The Business Centre (tel: 04 4214 2774 or 04 4214 2778) is located in Hall 4 on the first floor of the mp1 terminal. This area offers private offices, meeting rooms and lounges for hire. Up to 250 people can be accommodated in the Panoramique Lounge in Hall 1 of terminal mp1. Facilities here include telephones, fax, internet and audiovisual equipment, while its services range from personal porters and catering to a limousine service. Further meeting facilities are also available at some of the nearby hotels.
