    ATMs and bureaux de change are available at both terminals.


    Telecommunications centres, offering telephones, fax, internet and photocopying services, are located in both terminals.

    Wireless internet access is available free of charge throughout the airport.


    There is a range of bars restaurants, snack bars and ice cream parlours at the airport. These range from restaurants serving local delicacies to international chains.


    Numerous shops are located within the terminals, including designer clothes retailers, jewellers and newsagents. Duty-free shopping is available in Terminal 2.


    Left-luggage facilities are available in both terminals. Lost items should be reported at the Lost and Found Department in Terminals 1 (tel: 98338 57114 or 98338 68722) and 2 (tel: 97690 68860).


    Other facilities at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport include a pharmacy, first aid and medical services, child care rooms and smoking lounges.

    Conference & Business

    A business centre and executive lounges are situated in the departures areas of both terminals. Facilities in these areas include internet access, fax machines and shoe-polishing machines. Various airlines provide business class lounges and there is a designated executive lounge.     The airport terminals are spread over two different locations, 4km (2.5 miles) apart. Free inter-terminal air-conditioned coach services transfer passengers between the terminals every 20 minutes during the day.
