A bank is located to the right of Terminal 1, very close to the terminal building. ATMs and bureaux de change are located in the arrivals and departures areas of Terminal 1.


Internet access points are available on the first floor and in the departures lounge of Terminal 1. These are equipped with monitors, keyboards and webcams. There is a post office outside Terminal 1.


There is a small selection of restaurants, cafés and snack bars at Naples International Airport. Among the options is a pizzeria, an ice cream parlour and a wine bar serving small dishes.


Most shops at Naples International Airport are concentrated in the ground floor departures hall and in the pre-security first floor area of Terminal 1. Duty-free shopping is available in departures lounge. A newsagent and gift shop is located in Terminal 1’s check-in area.


Luggage trolleys are available throughout Naples International Airport. A 24-hour lost property service and lost baggage assistance (tel: 199 280 180) is on hand to deal with enquiries.


A Red Cross medical centre is located in Terminal 1 Arrivals, with 24-hour medical assistance available (tel: 081 789 6476). A car wash can be found next to the P1 car park.

Conference & Business

The Telelink Internet Centre (tel: 081 789 6749) is situated on the first floor and offers a wide range of services including internet, computers, photocopying, scanning, telephone, fax and videoconferencing facilities. Meeting rooms are available on request (tel: 081 789 6259), with equipment, catering and a variety of executive services available. There are also several VIP lounges.

    Naples International Airport is well-equipped for disabled travellers, with lifts, ramps, wide pavements, and sound signalling for visually impaired passengers. Two call buttons outside the airport enable those needing assistance to contact a staff member, while there are also help points within the terminal buildings. The Sala Amica waiting room for those awaiting assistance is located on the ground floor of Terminal 1. For those driving to the airport, dedicated disable parking spaces are available close to the terminal. Disabled passengers should inform their airline of any special needs prior to travel.

    The terminals are located close together and passengers can easily walk between the two areas. Terminal 2 is used solely for charter flights.

    Public Transport

    Given the traffic, it’s best to navigate Naples on foot. Otherwise, city buses are operated by ANM ( with most services passing through Piazza Garibaldi. The Naples Metropolitana ( metro system has two lines covering the centre of town. Unico Campania manages ticketing, which covers the metro, bus, tram and funicular. Daily passes are the most cost-effective option.


    Official taxis are white and can be found in the main piazzas; always ensure the meter is running. You can also call Consortaxi (tel: 081 2222) and Consorzio Taxi Napoli (tel: 081 8888) to book one. Some grasp of Italian is helpful.
