How to get there
Driving Directions
The airport is directly linked to the city via Route 1, Sultan Qaboos Street.
Bus
Most hotels operate courtesy bus services to and from the airport for their guests. There are, however, public buses running along Sultan Qaboos Street that’s just a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. Journey time into the city centre is about 20-25 minutes.
Taxi
There is an official taxi desk (tel: +968 2451 8780) in the terminal. The 25-minute trip into the city centre costs between RO10,000-15,000.
Car Parking
Public parking is available immediately outside the airport grounds, and a free shuttle bus operates between the car park and the terminal.
