    Lufthansa passengers will arrive at and depart from the Barbara Jordan Terminal (Main Terminal). Volunteers from the Airport Ambassador program are on hand at the terminal to help passengers at any time. The Visitor Information Center opposite Carousel 3 helps visitors to book hotel rooms and provides information about public transport.

    There are ATMs and currency exchange counters available at the Barbara Jordan Terminal.


    Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in the terminal buildings. Mailboxes for the US Postal Service, Federal Express and other companies are located outside the terminal building, between the signs for Southwest Airlines and American Airlines.


    There are various restaurants, fast food eateries and cafes at the Barbara Jordan Terminal, both before and after the security-check area. One tip: As part of the airport’s ‘Music in the Air’ program, passengers at gates 24, 27 and 32 can enjoy live music every afternoon, Monday to Friday.


    At the Barbara Jordan Terminal, there are numerous stores selling items such as newspapers, travel essentials, clothing and jewelry. The vending machines, which are still available when the shops are closed, also sell snacks and drinks.


    The lost and found office is located at the western end of the baggage claim carousels, past the SuperShuttle counter.


    There are dog parks near the parking garage at both the eastern and the western end of the terminal.

    A space for breastfeeding mothers (Mamava Lactation Suite) has been set up opposite Gate 7 in the Barbara Jordan Terminal building. There is a massage parlor near Gate 22.

    Star Alliance passengers can use the United Club Lounge, which is on the upper floor of the Barbara Jordan Terminal.
