    Aberdeen International Airport has unisex disabled toilets throughout the terminal, as well as ramps and lifts for easy access. Induction loops are fitted throughout the terminal building and there is a Minicom service (tel: (01224) 725 082) for those with hearing impairments.

    Wheelchair push and provision, and help with baggage before check in, is available free of charge to disabled passengers.

    There is a bar, restaurant and coffee shop before the security screening area, and a pub and a choice of restaurants in the departures area.


    Among the shops at Aberdeen International Airport are bookshops, clothes outlets, electronic retailers and vendors selling a range of gifts. A duty-free shop sells a range of goods for passengers leaving the EU. Those wishing to purchase items when departing with collection on their return can make use of the shopping collection service.


    Left-luggage and lost property services (tel: (01224) 725 767) are available from a desk in the check-in area. Luggage trolleys are positioned at key points in and around the terminal, and are accessible for a £1 deposit.
