    Designated disabled parking spaces are located in close proximity to the terminal building. The airport is all on one level making it accessible for wheelchair users. Any passengers who may require additional assistance are advised to contact their airline before travelling.

    ATMs are located in the public area on the terminal’s ground floor. There is a bureau de change service available in International Arrivals.


    Public payphones are available and paid-for Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the terminal. Vouchers to access the Wi-Fi are available from the airport cafés.


    There is a restaurant and a café/bar in the public area, and another café in International Departures.


    Duty-free is available for passengers leaving the EU. Duty-free goods on offer include perfumes, fashion accessories, liquor and tobacco as well as many Croatian speciality items.


    There are currently no left luggage facilities at the airport. Trolleys are available. Any items lost or damaged should be reported to the lost and found office (tel: +385 23 205 800).


    Other available facilities at Zadar Airport include baby-care rooms and a travel agency desk in the main hall.

    There are currently no meeting facilities at the airport, although these services are offered by some of the larger hotels on the coast and in the city centre. The nearest is the Hotel Porto (tel: +385 23 292 300; www.hotel-porto.hr), about 7km (4 miles) west of the airport.
