Bureaux de change kiosks are open 24 hours a day and are located in all terminals. Banks and ATMs are also available throughout the airport.


Singapore Changi Airport has many restaurants, cafés, bars, delis, fast-food outlets and snack bars, offering both Western and Asian cuisine. Many of these eateries are open 24 hours a day. There are also lounge bars showcasing live music in all terminals.


There are numerous shops at Singapore Changi Airport, including duty-free outlets and 24-hour mini-supermarkets in all terminals. Other retailers sell a range of items, from the latest fashion to specialist local produce.


Left-luggage services are available in all terminals. The information and customer service counters can be approached about lost and found items, or alternatively, passengers should contact the relevant airline – telephone numbers are available on the airport’s website. Porters are on hand to assist passengers with baggage (for a small fee).


The airport is home to a number of well-equipped transit lounges; the Rainforest Lounge provides shower facilities and spa treatments and the Plaza Premium Lounge has shower facilities and refreshments. Additionally, showers in the transit hotels may be used by non-guests for a fee. The airport is also home to themed gardens, a swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other facilities include walk-in medical clinics, a 24-hour medical emergency centre (tel: 6543 1118 or 6543 2223), pharmacies and a multi-faith prayer room. Baby-change rooms and children’s play areas are also available; most female toilets have baby change facilities.

Conference & Business

There are business lounges within the transit hotels in Terminals 2 and 3 (tel: 6542 8122 for Terminal 2 or 6823 5300 for Terminal 3). Facilities include workstations, photocopying and fax machines, and meeting rooms. Secretarial and translation services are also available upon request. The iConnect Centre in Terminal 2 offers video conferencing facilities.

Additional meeting rooms and business services are available at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (tel: 6823 5300;, which is adjacent to Terminal 3.
