How to get there
Driving Directions
Follow the SC 20 out of town and continue on the A 54 as far as San Paolo, then turn onto the SC 21, which will take you straight to the airport.
Taxi
There’s a taxi stand in front of the terminal building. The drive into the city center takes roughly 20 minutes. Radiotaxi (Tel. +34-981/569 292) and Euro Taxi (Tel. +34-981/535 154) are two of the taxi companies, which offer services to the city center.
Buses
Bus services to the city center terminate at Plaza de Galicia and have stops at Pazo de Congresos, Capilla San Lázaro and the train station (departures every 30 minutes between 7 a.m. and 1 a.m. More information on Tel. +34-981/588 111 or the bus company’s website empresafreire.com). Several bus companies also connect the airport with cities in the region. The bus service to Lugo, for instance, stops in Arca, Ferreiros, Arzúa, Mélida, Palas de Rei and Guntín, the service to Sobrado stops in Arca, Arzúa ad Boimorto, and the service to Burela stops in Curtis, Vilalba, Mondoñedo, Foz, Ribadeo and Viveiro.
